Product inquiries by homeowners and other potential end-users are entered electronically in our database. The name and address remain on our database for a number of reasons: follow-ups, for future analysis of media (the source of the inquiry) effectiveness, and if it needs to be sent again.
Sepio does not disclose your information to any other party. Your information is completely isolated from any network or internet vulnerabilities. Your information is used to provide you only with product information. Employees of Sepio are instructed not to share your information with any other party nor to use it for any other purpose than providing you with information for the product you have inquired about.
End-user warranties:
Sepio stores warranty information electronically. Sepio does not disclose warranty information to any others except if a dealer or specific vendors or parties involved in a warranty claim. Your information is completely isolated from any network or internet vulnerabilities. Dealers may also keep warranty records but there are no recommendations from Sepio on their proper handling. Sepio will not solicit warranty holders.
